With no decent competitive FPS around for a long time, few of us old team-friends already started having weird reactions which may or may not include: going crazy, crying, nightmares, playing competitive tetris, playing all kinds of terrible games, trying to invent competitive beer drinking, calling each other in the middle of the night saying how we miss each other, running naked around the city screaming “Why did ET:QW die” or “Give us a game that requires skill”. So, we decided we had to do something about it, find some FPS that requires skill and has a competitive scene so that 5 grownups can again ignore their families, girlfriends or pets and play together every night as children. As we did on few games in the past. After our research, we found only one skill based team FPS with a lot of teams – ShootMania. We watched some videos, checked the tournaments and decided to give it a go. So, our ShootMania adventure starts now, and people going on that adventure are:

Team will participate on ESL Cups, including Go4Shootmania and other cup series, and keep eyes open for other competitive leagues and cups. Guru Gaming has great expectations for this team and hopes it will last long and strong (translation: untill “Dirty Bomb” is published :P). Best of luck to our new team!
